Every person who appears in any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct shown on 2MinX (2minx.com) was at least eighteen (18) years of age when that depiction was created.

Operator is not a producer

The operator of 2MinX is not a primary or secondary “producer”, as that term is defined in 18 U.S.C. §2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75, of any of the visual content displayed on this website. The operator does not film, photograph, hire, contract, manage or otherwise arrange for the participation of any performer. All videos, previews and images are created by independent third-party studios and producers and are made available here through licensing, promotional and affiliate programs, or are linked from or hosted by those third parties.

Activities limited to transmitting, storing, hosting, linking to or displaying content produced by others, without involvement in hiring or arranging the participation of performers, are not considered production activities under 28 C.F.R. §75.1.

Custodian of records

The records required by 18 U.S.C. §2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 for all content on this website are maintained by the original producers of that content. Each video page identifies the studio that produced it; the name and address of the custodian of records for that content can be found in the 2257 statement published on the respective studio’s website.
